Healthscope Sustainability Report
Healthscope recognises that as we strive to improve our health care and business outcomes, we must deliver our strategy in a responsible, ethical and sustainable way.
Gender Equality at Healthscope
Gender equality is achieved when people are able to access and enjoy the same rewards, resources and opportunities regardless of whether they are male or female.
At Healthscope, we are working to achieve gender equality in the workplace by promoting a culture that is inclusive, underpinned by a variety of employment conditions and workplace practices that promote gender diversity including flexible work arrangements, merit based recruitment and selection practices, promotion and transfer opportunities, and equitable conditions of service.
Healthscope's 2015-2016 Workplace Gender Equality Report provides an overview of our workforce profile and the representation of men and women across employment groups and management levels throughout Healthscope.
The report also includes the completion of a questionnaire regarding employment conditions, practices and policies that support gender equality in the workplace.
