We know that there are many inspiring examples of remarkable service provided by our staff every day that truly makes a difference to the quality our patients, clients and customers receive and that positively impacts our organisation. Saying thank you and showing one another that their effort is valued and appreciated is an important part of our culture. The Ace Awards builds on this peer recognition and is our way to formally recognise, celebrate and thank those exceptional individuals and teams that consistently ‘go the extra mile’ and demonstrate our Safe values – we care, we do, we strive, we’re a team.
Nominations are open to all Healthscope and ACHA employees. Nominations can be made by a peer, colleague, manager, or department head from their own or another department, site or business division.
All nominations are collected and sorted by a Shortlist Judging panel that includes some of Healthscope’s People, Culture & Engagement team members, as well as some People Representatives. Only complete nominations will be considered.
Once the nomination period has closed and nominations have been shortlisted, these will then be sent to a National Selection panel made up of people from across the Healthscope & ACHA network. The panel select the overall winners who will then be celebrated at both site-based and National celebrations
Do you want your nominee to be selected for an individual or team prize? Healthscope Safe Values Aces deserve the best possible chance of winning a Ace Award.
