We offer Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse and Registered Midwife opportunities across four Graduate Program streams- General, Perioperative, Mental Health and Maternity. Offering permanent employment and lots of variety, we have Full time or Part time (minimum 0.8 FTE) roles available, nation-wide and at multiple sites.

After your graduate year

General
Healthscope offers registered nurses (RNs) and enrolled nurses (ENs) a range of general stream combinations
Full time or part time options (minimum 0.8 FTE)
2 x 6 month rotations PLUS a consolidation year to further support your growth and development
- Rotation to one of your three preferred clinical areas, where possible. May be in either rotation 1 or 2.
Paid onsite orientation including:
Supernumerary days (may vary in length for specialty areas)
Perioperative
Healthscope offers registered nurses (RNs) the opportunity to complete a Perioperative Stream
Full time or part time options (minimum 0.8 FTE)
12 months with rotations across:
- Scrub/Scout
- Anaesthetics
- PACU
PLUS a consolidation year to further support your growth and development
Paid onsite orientation including:
Supernumerary days (may vary in length for specialty areas)
Mental Health
Healthscope offers registered nurses (RNs) and enrolled nurses (ENs) the opportunity to complete a Mental Health Stream
Full time or part time options (minimum 0.8 FTE)
12 months with rotations across various areas of mental health nursing (dependent on availability)
PLUS a consolidation year to further support your growth and development
Paid onsite orientation including:
Supernumerary days (may vary in length for specialty areas)
Discussion Groups/Supervision:
Maternity
Healthscope offers registered midwives (RMS) the opportunity to complete a Maternity Stream
Full time or part time options (minimum 0.8 FTE)
12 months with rotations across (dependent on availability):
- Post Natal
- Birth Suite
- Special Care Nursery
PLUS a consolidation year to further support your growth and development
Paid onsite orientation including:
Supernumerary days (may vary in length for specialty areas)

- Please note that all Graduates must have obtained their AHPRA registration before day one of the program

- Complete your video interview in your slippers when it suits you!
- Behavioural interviews will be conducted at site or via Zoom and give you an opportunity to meet our team based at the hospital you’re most interested in joining. Come prepared with your questions, we’re looking forward to meeting you!
