Graduate program for Registered & Enrolled Nurses
North Eastern Rehabilitation Centre (NERC) & Dorset Private Hospital have joined forces to design a Graduate Nurse Program that provides graduates exciting and fulfilling career opportunities with the support of an expert multi-disciplinary clinical team. Graduates have the opportunity to rotate across sites allowing for a more comprehensive and innovative program. Successful candidates will be offered rotations at a combination of these hospitals which is designed to provide a supportive environment that develops the confidence and competence of the graduate nurse.
The NERC/Dorset Private Hospital Graduate Nurse Program is a 12-month program provides a positive and supportive environment in which graduate nurses are encouraged to develop both clinically and professionally while gaining exposure to a variety of clinical specialties.

Dorset Rehabilitation Centre started providing rehabilitation care to the residents of Melbourne's greater northwest in the early 1970's.
The team at Dorset Rehabilitation are recognised for contributing to the provision of high quality patient centered care.
Situated in northwest Melbourne, Dorset Rehabilitation Centre is a fully accredited 30-bed hospital/rehabilitation facility.
Caring for people of all ages, we contribute to the provision of inpatient and outpatient programs with a special emphasis on orthopaedic, cardiac, neurological, trauma rehabilitation and pain management.
We recognise the integral and important role we play as part of our local community. This is reflected in our focus and excellent support programs for our patients, accredited private specialists and referring doctors.
