Congratulations on your accreditation, we are delighted you are joining the team.

To ensure patient safety, as well as your own, we require you to complete a brief onboarding checklist at each of our sites that you practice at.
 

Onboarding Check List:

•  Met with the General Manager / POSM
•  Complete a site safety orientation
•  Complete other documentation specified by the site.

On completion of the checklist, return your ‘Healthscope Credentialing – Credentials Approved’ email to access the link to submit your Onboarding Training Declaration form, required by the Health Commission.
