What to expect from an Inpatient Admission

An inpatient stay may include evidence-based therapy and wellness programs, in conjunction with medical treatments such medication therapy or neurostimulation.

Depending on your location, you may have access to onsite gym facilities, exercise and meditation classes, guided walks, as well as art and music therapy.

Private single rooms with own ensuites will be offered where available. All inpatient admissions are on a voluntary basis.

Ongoing support through Day Programs

Day programs are structured, group therapy programs that provide ongoing support to people living in the community.

Weekly group sessions incorporate the latest evidence-based educational and therapeutic practices in a welcoming and supportive environment with a focus on individual recovery goals.

Our day programs have been developed to assist those living with mental health issues better understand their condition, building on their strengths and capabilities to help prevent relapse.

Day programs not only serve as an entry point for many individuals, but they can also function as a step-down, providing continued support for people following a hospital admission.

Your treating doctor will be able to advise on which day programs are suitable for you.

Psychiatrist Appointments in our Consulting Suites

Private appointments are available with our consultant psychiatrists and addiction specialists and do not require a hospital stay. Depending on your individual needs, this may include an appointment with a psychiatrist or addiction specialist for an assessment, medication management or short or long-term care.

Private consulting suites are conveniently located either onsite or adjacent to our clinics. Appointments are booked directly through the consulting suites. A GP referral is required.
