Visitor policy
Our Victorian hospitals have new visitor limits in place. For some hospitals, visits are limited to only one nominated adult visitor per patient, per day and one hour duration. Additional restrictions may be applied in some areas of the facility. For some of our other Victorian hospitals, there will be no visitors permitted. Please contact your hospital to find out more. We ask all visitors that if you are feeling unwell, to please stay at home.
Digital Drop Ins
When preparing for your stay with us, you are welcome to bring along a mobile phone, tablet or ipad so that your loved ones can drop in for a visit- digitally. Whether you use FaceTime, Whatsapp, Skype, Zoom or any other video application, our staff are here to help you stay connected when visitors are restricted. If you don't have access to video-capable devices, please ask our staff for assistance.
Masks for visitors
In line with DHHS advice, all hospital visitors are requested to wear a mask. While we will have masks available at reception, visitors also have the choice to bring their own mask with them.
