| Name of Team : Healthscope NZ CPD Committee The CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Committee was initiated by Leanne Giles two years ago in response to concerns raised by a group of SCL employees about their access to CPD learning. The Committee made up of enthusiastic SCL staff across disciplines and regions, has worked closely together to establish their remit, gather data and analyse and determine actions. This Committee under Leanne Giles' leadership has been both innovative and proactive in responding to the needs of their colleagues. They continue to demonstrate forward thinking and have been taking opportunities to challenge the status quo, step up to influence upwards and continuously look for improvements and solutions. Their purpose is to provide easily accessible and equitable opportunities for all Healthscope Pathology staff to gain relevant and interesting knowledge and skills that will enable them to develop in their role and career. | |
