Team

Name of Team : Liaison Office Team
People Representing Team : Karl Bulaong and Jessica Fleming
Site : The Hills Private Hospital

The Hills Private Hospital was struggling with a poor reputation. From August 2017 the Liaison team worked on staff relationships, customer service training, up-skilling of the clinical staff, building bridges with VMO's and all referring hospitals. They deliver a consistent quality service which focus on continuous improvement and aspire to be better than the day before.Without the drive, commitment and passion from the liaison team this would not have been possible.
