| Name : Caroline Ramsay Position : Word Clerk Department : Rehabilitation Site : Sunnybank Private Hospital Caroline is a ward clerk, however is also an AIN. At times she has gone above and beyond her role by assisting with showers and bed making. Caroline has also always assists other departments when they are short on a ward clerk and need assistance. Caroline also tries to encourage social activities and organises birthday or special morning teas for events on the ward. Because of Caroline's hard work, it reduces the workload and increases teamwork productivity for the ward staff, creating a positive team culture. Caroline is a positive influence on the team, is hard working and is often unrecognised for her contribution. | |

| Name of Team : Ward 8 Each staff member has their own role to perform,but supports each other to ensure patients receives the highest level of patient care . Staff go above and beyond to meet the ward demands. Senior staff mentor junior/new staff to ensure surgeon specific regimes/preferences are communicated and implemented effectively. This team support and assist each other to improve patient safety and reduce staff stress in one of the busiest wards. They have perfected the art of welcoming new staff members and demonstrating comraderie each and every shift. | |
