		Name : Kirrily Alexander Position : Residential Coordinator Department : Sunbeam Site : Independence Services Kirrily manages 2 houses with 10 residents and 15 staff as part of Healthscope Independence Services, supported accommodation. These young adults are living with an acquired brain injury as a result of motor vehicle accidents. Kirrily manages some challenging behaviours and follows through in a very diligent manner. She contributed to Healthscope ensuring the values are always maintained throughout their role and facilitating staff to also impart the values into their work. She does not just value the team as a staff member, but also contributes to ensuring the wellness of staff is adhered to by providing counselling services, ensuring staff are rostered according to their external commitments. Clients are able to participate in community activities and staff feel supported and important in their roles. Kirrily has demonstrated her willingness to sacrifice her personal time to ensure that the clients to experience the things that we take for granted.
