We have upgraded our eAdmissions portal to provide a simpler and faster experience for your patients making an online booking and admission at any Healthscope hospital.

eAdmissions is available for a wide range of admission types and enables patients to book online into our hospitals anytime, anywhere, on any device in as little as 15-30 minutes.

The key benefits of eAdmissions are:

• Less paperwork for patients to complete on arrival at hospital,
• Eliminates loss of paper forms,
• Reduces surgery delays caused by incomplete paperwork,
• Reduced Health History questions for a quicker patient completion time,
• Resolves illegible handwriting and missing information resulting in fewer calls to VMO rooms, and
• Minimal change required in practice processes.

Our hospitals are re-launching eAdmissions, aiming to achieve above 90% compliance – currently Healthscope is at 51%. We hope that you will support us in lifting this rate and your Practice Manager can expect to hear more in the coming weeks.
