Healthscope hands over Mount Private to Bethesda Health Care

Healthscope will officially hand over management of Mount Private Hospital to Bethesda Health Care this week.

Mount Private Hospital has served the community in Perth and beyond for over 80 years and under Healthscope's stewardship, has become one of Perth's leading private hospitals.

Pioneers in delivering high-quality, innovative healthcare, The Mount was the first private hospital in WA to offer transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVI), performing over 1100 procedures since it began in 2017. It has also built a strong capability for robotic surgery.

Mount Private Hospital will transition to Bethesda Health Care on 24 September when it will be known as Bethesda Mount Hospital.

Mount Private Hospital is a 224-bed acute private hospital, centrally located at the foot of the beautiful Kings Park on Mounts Bay Road. It offers a broad range of surgical and medical services.
