New General Manager appointed for Mount Hospital

Private hospital operator Healthscope has appointed Reza Barzegari as the General Manager of Mount Hospital, one of WA’s leading private hospitals.

Mr Barzegari comes to Mount Hospital with over 16 years’ experience in the health care industry, most recently as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of a large private specialist group.

Healthscope State General Manager David Harper said he was delighted to welcome Mr Barzegari to the Healthscope team.

“I’m thrilled to have someone of Reza’s calibre take the reins at Mount Hospital. Reza has a deep understanding of the WA health market and system, and is attuned to the needs of patients, GPs and specialists,” Mr Harper said.
