| Name : Kate Cocks Position : Support Services Manager Department : Support Services Site : Ashford Private Hospital As the Support Services Manager, Kate’s positivity, drive and proactive approach has led her team to pass HICMR, local council food safety standard inspections, and reset the expectation for staff in the kitchen and domestic services creating a a higher service excellence and improved workplace safety standards. Kate has introduced a food app for staff and medical officers to order their lunch that has significantly reduced wastage and subsequently costs. Kate is the 'green group' leader for the hospital and has succeeded in reducing landfill by the implementation of crockery and cutlery to the hospital and removal of plastics. Kate is hands on and during the building program both Kate and the Domestic Services Manger could be seen in scrubs cleaning and supporting the team when staff were at a minimum. In short Kate has succeeded at bringing food costs down, labour hours down, and improved the level of food, service and cleaning throughout the hospital. | |

| Name of Team : Endoscopy & DSU The Endoscopy and Day Surgery team consists of dynamic, caring, dedicated and hardworking individuals who are focused on learning continuously and delivering exceptional patient-centered care. The staff make patients feel safe and well looked after. They have developed and fostered relationships with our VMOs. There is great collaboration which ensures that lists are running smoothly and both patients and doctors are satisfied with the services as well as patient and staff safety are ensured. They have increased their patient numbers, 4,920 cases which is 5% higher than the previous financial year, without an increase in resources whilst delivering a very high standard of care as demonstrated in their patient satisfaction result. Team productivity has increased over the past year. In one of the hospital newsletter, it has been reported that the Endoscopy Unit is one of the fast growing departments in the hospital. In the financial year 2018-2019, the department has done. Patient experience dashboard has revealed that the department's net promoter score is 100% as of 17/07/2019. The Endoscopy Suite consistently receives the highest score across the whole hospital on the patient satisfaction survey through Qualtrix. Overall Satisfaction :
